We are Firebrand Pizza, and we’ve been perfecting our wood-fired sourdough pizzas in our Italian restaurant Marylebone since 2016 and we’ve recently opened a new branch in Clerkenwell
We use Caputo Flour from Naples, with sourdough proved for over 72 hours. Our tomato sauce is made from San Marzano tomatoes, also from Naples, as is our 100% Fior Di Latte Mozzarella. With simple fare like this, there’s nowhere to hide and we’re all about letting our beautiful ingredients shine.

Our wood fire oven reaches over 400 ℃. The oven is the centre piece of the restaurant and cooks our pizzas in under 90 seconds.
As well as wood fired sourdough pizzas, we also cook fresh pastas, risottos, fish and meat dishes. We keep things fairly simple – letting the fine ingredients shine through.
Healthy and delicious, our salads are the perfect accompaniment to any pizza or a meal in themselves.

Our wines have been carefully selected from vineyards all over Italy, showcasing excellent examples of Italian grape varieties.
