We are Firebrand Pizza, and we’ve been perfecting our wood-fired sourdough pizzas in Marylebone since 2016.
We use Caputo Flour from Naples, with sourdough proved for over 72 hours. Our tomato sauce is made from San Marzano tomatoes, also from Naples, as is our 100% Fior Di Latte Mozzarella. With simple fare like this, there’s nowhere to hide and we’re all about letting our beautiful ingredients shine. The menu also includes fine examples of other Italian dishes including pasta, meat and fish.

Our wood fire oven reaches over 400 ℃. The oven is the centre piece of the restaurant and cooks our pizzas in under 90 seconds.
We have a handful of pasta dishes on the menu, all showcasing the combination of fantastic ingredients and expert cooking.
Healthy and delicious, our salads are the perfect accompaniment to any pizza or a meal in themselves.
